Catherine House Inc. employs a multi-disciplinary team of 40 full, part time and casual staff which includes housekeepers, administration officers, social workers, community services workers, a psychologist and workers from other human/health service disciplines.

The organisation promotes continuous learning and training opportunities for staff; the ongoing development of innovative and successful models of service; and an informed approach to practice grounded in recognised research in the field.

It places a high value in strong leadership and collaborative practice. There are a number of forums, and opportunities, for staff participation in creative policy and program development.
